Sending hugs

Hello and I hope you are having a lovely Wednesday. I’m sharing a Valentine’s card today that used one of my favourite colour combos.

I started with a white card panel and used Peacock Feathers, Twisted Citron and Wilted Violet distress oxide inks to make a pattern of hearts as a background. I cut a heart out of vellum and stamped the sentiment on it. I didn’t have any matching ribbon so I coloured a piece of cream ribbon with the Peacock Feathers ink pad, and stuck it to the panel. I stuck the vellum heart over the ribbon and stuck the panel to a green card base.
