Welcome to the world

Hello and welcome to my blog. Today’s card is all pretty in pink to welcome a new baby girl.

new baby card

I chose three papers from Amy Tan’s Better Together pad – the pink piece was cut to the size of an A2 card base, a thin strip of yellow and stamped the onesie and giraffe on the hexagon pattern and fussy cut the onesie shape. I stamped the banner from Avery Elle’s Special Delivery in Versafine ink, and stuck the yellow strip to the pink panel. I lightly blended some Mustard Seed Distress Oxide ink on a white oval before attaching the onesie with foam tape. The oval was stuck to the pink panel and I sprinkled some pink Kat Scrappiness gems across the panel. The panel was attached to a white card base and this sweet card is complete!

This is an entry for the:
Double Trouble Challenge #33 – Kids and Babies (Things 1, 2 and 3)

Crafters Cafe Challenge #223 – Animal and/or ATC

Thank you so much for stopping by.

  1. Love your colorful onesie…and adorable giraffe. Don’t forget that you can also enter this in The Crafter’s Café, our partner for this challenge (link is on our post) because you have met their requirement as well. They would love you to join them. Glad to see you back, and thanks for sharing your onesie with us at Double Trouble. A little over a year ago you were just starting your stash for papercrafting, and does my memory serve me right that may be a frame we sent with your Bag of Things…you used it nicely with the yellow sponging.
